The organizing committee of the VII Congress of Spanish on Breastfeeding through their official travel agency has obtained the following special prices to make your trip cheaper. If you need more information about these discounts or you want to make any special request, please do not hesitate to contact Viajes Solceuta S. A.
Come to the Congress with a discount of 30%
Who are traveling by train to the congress, you can do it in favorable conditions, taking advantage of the discount of 30% that RENFE has authorized for the participants in the VII Congress of Spanish on Breastfeeding.

Participants will have train fare discounts of 30% that can be booked through Viajes Solceuta S.A. from November 2012. These special fares are applied both to the congressman and his companion in the following line:

  • High-speed trains - Long Distance
  • High-speed trains - Mid-Distance
  • Commuter Trains
  • Trains Conventional Middle-distance

By air. Barajas International Airport

If you are travelling by air, the Madrid Barajas International Airport (MAD) is only 14 km / 9 miles away from the Madrid centre. Visitors can find available buses, taxis, and car rental services at the airport and can catch a ride to any location in Madrid..

By train

The radio network of railways, with center in Madrid, makes it easy to reach from anywhere in Spain directly by train. Renfe has high- speed trains (AVE) from cities of Andalucia, Castilla la Mancha, Valencia, Cataluña, Aragón and Castila y León. Madrid's main stations are Madrid Puerta de Atocha and Madrid Chamartín.

By car

Madrid is the center of all roads. We can come from anywhere in Spain by A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 and A6 and other freeways, and once in the vicinity of Madrid, there is the option of using the radial highways.

There is public car park with access by Avenida Complutense.

LOCATION OF THE CONGRESS VENUE

The Complutense University of Madrid is accessible through the city's complex network of over 150 bus routes and thorough metro and train systems

Underground
 

Líne 6 (circular). Ciudad Universitaria Station. Located opposite to the Congress venue.

The Madrid metro offers a fast and efficient means of transport.

You can buy an individual ticket for travel anywhere on the metro, priced at €1.50. (Sencillo combinado metro). This is valid on every day of the week for a single journey passing through any zone on the network and also entitles you an EMT bus journey.

You can buy metro tickets at the ticket office or the automatic ticket machine. For a single journey anywhere within zone A, tickets cost €1.50 for a metro ticket only.
