HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION?
Fill in the
reserve form and send it to the travel agency by Fax (+34 952 226 063) or
by email to congresoihan@solceuta.com with a copy of the money transfer that justifies your payment through a bank account transfer or, if you prefer, authorization for payment by Visa or Mastercard
as detailed in the form (this means an additional increase of 2% of the total amount derived from bank charges). After reception of both documents the travel agency will confirm your hotel reservation
by e-mail to adress indicated in the form.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and any modifications must be requested in writing by fax or mail to
Viajes Solceuta SA in contacts specified above. Upon receipt of the proposal,
Viajes Solceuta SA will confirm the reservation changes to the person
concerned, and the expenses it incurs in that procedure, which will be deducted from the amount to be paid.
All refunds for cancellations or modifications with penalty, be handled properly from March 12, 2013.
For cancellations the penalty will be:
- Cancellations after December 1st, 2012, penalty of 25% of the total reservation.
- Cancellations after January 1st, 2013, penalty of 50% of the total reservation.
- Cancellations after February 1st, 2013, penalty of the total amount.
WARNING
No reservations will be processed without receipt of completed form and attaching the form of payment.
- Prices and conditions offered in this section shall be valid only for bookings made and guaranteed by our Official Travel Agency:

- Full payment of booking accommodation at the time of its completion.
- Room reservations will be handled in
timestamp order to exhaust the shares of the selected hotels. If
there are not rooms available therein, it will be assigned a reservation in hotels in the same category.
- Only be accepted those bulletins that are properly filled. Just mail a booking form per person.
- Reserves and any amendments thereto, shall be confirmed by the agency.
- Reservations are not considered guaranteed until
Viajes Solceuta SA issues written confirmation of full compliance with the requirements for accommodation booking.
- Data protection: personal data contained in the reserve are confidential. According to the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, the data holder may exercise his right of access, rectification and deletion of data provided by calling +34 952 225 420, by writing to Travel Solceuta SA C / Trinidad Grund, 2 29001 - Malaga or by email (solceuta@grupogea.com).
